The 2026 NFL season kicked off on 9 September and runs 18 weeks to 10 January 2027.[7] This tracker records dated standings, results, injuries and trades, plus attributed forecasts. It was last updated on 11 October 2026, when Week 5’s Sunday and Monday games had not yet been played. Those results are pending and will be added after the games.

Standings as of 11 October 2026

All records below are from NFL.com before Week 5’s Sunday games. The Cowboys (now 2-3) and Buccaneers (1-4) had already played their Week 5 game on Thursday night.[8][9]

    • Unbeaten (4-0): Kansas City Chiefs, Minnesota Vikings, San Francisco 49ers.[1]
    • 3-1: Jaguars, Bills, Browns, Ravens and Raiders in the AFC; Giants, Bears and Seahawks in the NFC.[8]
